Mundi Consulting talks about Aligning Strategy and Human Resources Management, in Cape Verde.

Last 4th November 2016, Mundi Consulting, participated in a conference cycle entitled “60 Minutes HR”. The event took place in Praia, Cape Verde, and it was promoted by the Human Resources Management Association in Cape Verde (Associação Cabo-Verdiana de Gestores e Técnicos de Recursos Humanos).

The event was attended by approximately 30 people in the field of Human Resources Management, from various public and private organizations in Cape Verde.

With vast experience in business management, Franklin Chagas, Managing Partner of Mundi Consulting addressed the thematic of Business Strategy and its Alignment with Human Resources Management - one of the most challenging topics for organizations.
